1-) Orders

To place an order on ZEHI Fashion, browse through our collections, select the desired items, choose your size and color (if applicable), and click "Add to Cart." When you're ready, click on the cart icon and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping and payment details, and complete the purchase.

Once your order is placed, it is processed quickly. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of placing the order. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes if the order has already been shipped.

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on our website or the shipping carrier’s website.

Please check your spam/junk folder first. If you still haven’t received the confirmation, contact our customer support team, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

2.) Shipping & Delivery

We offer standard and express shipping. The delivery time and cost will vary based on your location and the shipping option you choose during checkout.

 

Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days for domestic orders and 7-14 business days for international orders. Express shipping takes 2-3 business days. Please note that these estimates exclude processing times.

Yes, ZEHI Fashion ships worldwide. International shipping times and costs will vary depending on your location. Please be aware of any customs duties or taxes that may apply in your country, which are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Customs policies vary by country. You may be responsible for additional duties and taxes upon delivery. These fees are determined by your local customs office, and ZEHI Fashion is not responsible for these charges.

3-) Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Please visit our [Returns page] to start the return process. Note that sale items are final and cannot be returned.

To return or exchange an item, go to our Returns page and follow the instructions to generate a return shipping label. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your return or exchange. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

For domestic returns, we offer free return shipping. For international returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Unfortunately, you can't exchange directly online, but you can return the purchased item within 30 days and order another one.

4-) Payment

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also offer installment payment options through services like Klarna and Afterpay.

5-) Products & Sizing

We provide a detailed size chart on each product page. Please refer to the chart to find the best fit. If you’re between sizes or unsure, you can contact our customer service team for assistance.

If an item is out of stock, you can sign up for restock notifications on the product page. You’ll receive an email as soon as the item is available again.
